Hello everyone! We are back with another episode of What's Next for Women Podcast!
For today's show, we have Tecca Thompson. She works with children by day as a public servant; she has been doing it for approximately 13 years. When she is not doing that, she is building her own business, Sacred Healing Spaces. It is a platform that focuses on rest and transformation. Since the beginning of the year, it has been her utmost passion. Business is a story for her. It's a story about rest, connection to the body, and listening to the body. When you are fully rested, you can fully connect with God, or your higher power, allowing us to remain open to our creativity.
The information contained in this episode was very actionable and insightful. Here are some key highlights:
*The importance of rest.
*A better understanding of what rest means.
*How can you find time for relaxation during a busy day?
*When and for what type of rest does one need?
Key Takeaway: We have a vision, and we have enough fuel to carry it out. Having too little rest impairs our ability to download creative ideas.
